GoMopzi Privacy Policy
Effective August 29, 2026
GoMopzi processes account, booking, property, payment-status and service-operational information needed to operate the marketplace.
Information we process
Account identifiers, contact details, service addresses, property/unit details, booking selections, service-status timestamps, support records, platform-term acceptance records, property verification signals and payment-status/connected-account identifiers. GoMopzi does not need to store full card numbers when payment is handled by the payment provider.
Property profiles
Property and floorplan profiles are organized by normalized property/unit identity so a verified or observed property can be reused across future bookings independently of the Customer account. This reduces repeated external lookups and helps detect material booking discrepancies.
Sources
Information can come from users, Moppers, GoMopzi service history, public property records and authorized third-party property-data services when enabled. Zillow and Redfin may be presented as manual reference links for authorized human review; GoMopzi does not rely on unauthorized automated scraping of those sites.
Location and live trip information
The Customer web experience does not require the Customer’s device location to book or follow a service. After a job is marked On the way, GoMopzi may process precise operational coordinates from the Lead Mopper and each assigned Helper who grants device-location permission. Those coordinates are used to calculate estimated arrival, coordinate crew arrival and verify that the required crew is together at the service address before work starts. Precise crew coordinates are not displayed to the Customer. Moving coordinates are cleared when trip tracking ends, while operational status, arrival and timing records may be retained for safety, support, accounting and dispute purposes. Residential addresses of Moppers and Helpers are not displayed to Customers.
Why we use information
To authenticate accounts, calculate quotes, determine crew requirements, match Moppers, process payment states, plan payouts, validate completion, prevent abuse, resolve support cases and improve property/service estimates.
Retention and access
Operational records may be retained for legitimate business, safety, accounting, dispute and compliance purposes. Access to sensitive property-risk and verification records is restricted to authorized internal or administrative workflows.
Choices and corrections
Users can contact GoMopzi Support to report inaccurate account, booking or property information. A correction to a property profile may affect future confidence and pricing decisions.
