GoMopzi Platform Terms

Effective September 2, 2026 • Terms version: 2026-09-02-v4

These terms govern use of GoMopzi by Customers and Moppers. They are designed to make service pricing, property information, job completion, payments and support decisions clear before a booking is accepted.

1. Customer property information

Customers must provide accurate service-address information, including the property or unit type, building/block/tower when applicable, unit number, bedrooms, bathrooms and total property square footage. GoMopzi cleaning bookings cover the entire booked property.

2. Property verification and platform history

GoMopzi may compare customer-provided property information with public records, authorized data providers, previously verified property profiles, completed-service history and recurring floorplan patterns stored by GoMopzi. Property profiles are associated with the property or unit, not with a particular customer. GoMopzi may retain a normalized property profile so the same property does not require a repeated external lookup for each customer or booking.

3. Apartments, condos and similar communities

For apartments and condos, Customers must identify the building, block or tower and the apartment/unit. Similar units in the same building may be used as a floorplan reference when bedrooms, bathrooms and observed square footage are consistent. A single similar unit may be treated as a signal rather than definitive proof; confidence increases as consistent observations accumulate.

4. Pricing and crew adjustments

If sufficiently reliable information shows that the service area, room count or other price-driving information is materially different from the booking declaration, GoMopzi may recalculate the service price, estimated duration and required crew. A correction already known before checkout may be included in the displayed quote. A later additional charge is processed only through the applicable payment authorization or customer-confirmation flow.

5. Platform fee

The Platform Fee displayed before checkout is calculated to offset GoMopzi’s standard customer-payment processing cost. The current policy targets break-even rather than payment-processing profit and does not reduce the Mopper service payout. The amount may change if payment-processor pricing changes. Additional costs triggered by exceptional payment conditions, including some international-card or currency-conversion scenarios, may not be fully reflected in this standard calculation.

6. Entire-property service

GoMopzi cleaning bookings cover the entire property described in the booking. The selected cleaning level defines the applicable scope and included tasks. Customers do not reduce the booked service to selected rooms or partial areas.

7. Mopper property mismatch reporting

Moppers must not knowingly ignore a material property-information discrepancy. The Lead Mopper may report a significant difference in service size, bedrooms, bathrooms or unit information through GoMopzi. A report creates a review/confirmation record; it does not authorize the Mopper to collect cash or negotiate a separate off-platform price.

8. Mopper service attestations

Moppers must accurately record On the way, Start job and Complete job. When the Lead Mopper declares completion, the Lead attests that the booked service has been performed. The Customer then has a 48-hour service-quality protection window to confirm the service or report an issue. The booking payout remains on hold during that window, and only the affected booking remains held when a financially relevant case is open.

9. Payments and off-platform transactions

Customers and Moppers must use GoMopzi payment flows for GoMopzi bookings. Moppers may not request or accept a separate off-platform payment for a booking adjustment. Any additional amount must use the payment method and authorization/confirmation process made available by GoMopzi.

10. Mopper payouts

For new bookings, the crew base payout is calculated as 60% to 70% of the booking service value according to the applicable performance or authorized bracket percentage; there is no fixed-dollar crew cap. When Helpers are required, their frozen split comes from that crew payout rather than increasing the Customer price. Base earnings become available after the 48-hour protection window when no financially relevant hold is open for that booking. Fee-free standard payout is processed automatically on the next daily GoMopzi release cycle after eligibility. An eligible Mopper/Helper may instead request Instant Payout as soon as the hold expires; the default Instant Payout fee is 2% of the amount withdrawn and the active fee is disclosed before confirmation.

11. Customer cancellation

ASAP bookings are free to cancel during the first 15 minutes after booking; afterward the cancellation fee is 25% of service value. Scheduled bookings are free to cancel at least 24 hours before service; less than 24 hours notice carries a 25% service-value fee. The financial/cancellation policy snapshot saved with the booking controls the calculation.

12. Complaints and service-quality window

Cleaning-quality and service-execution concerns should be reported within 48 hours after service completion. Billing errors, duplicate charges, safety matters, property damage and legal rights that must remain available may follow separate review periods. A complaint does not automatically establish fault or guarantee a refund.

13. Tips

GoMopzi does not collect tips before service. If tipping is offered, it is optional and post-service only. Post-service tips are separate from base payout and cancellation-fee calculations.

14. Support, safety and account integrity

Users must provide truthful information and use support channels for disputes, unsafe conditions, property discrepancies or service issues. GoMopzi may temporarily restrict new job access while a material issue is reviewed and may take account action for confirmed policy violations.

15. Data accuracy and third-party sources

Public records, real-estate data and third-party sources can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. GoMopzi uses confidence-based verification and does not treat every external or historical match as conclusive. Users can report a discrepancy through Support.

16. Changes to these terms

Acceptance of the current terms version applies to all GoMopzi services and platform actions for that account while the version remains current. Customers and Moppers do not need to accept the same version again for each booking or job. If GoMopzi changes or updates these rules and publishes a new terms version, the applicable Customer or Mopper must review and accept the new version before new booking or work actions are enabled.
