How do I know the Mopper is eligible to work?
GoMopzi job eligibility requires approved status, verified identity, verified background check, enabled payouts and no active work restriction. Current Mopper platform terms are required before accepting work.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Open a cleaning-quality or service-execution concern within 48 hours after the booking is marked completed so the affected booking can enter the GoMopzi review process.
What if something is damaged, I have a safety concern or I see a billing problem?
Report it through GoMopzi support as soon as possible. Property damage, safety, incorrect or duplicate charges and applicable rights can follow review rules and deadlines separate from the normal 48-hour cleaning-quality window.
