The booking keeps an authoritative financial and policy snapshot so later pricing, cancellation and support decisions use the rules that applied when the booking was created.
Eligible Moppers can receive secure job offers. Larger jobs may require Helper capacity. The accepted crew compensation is frozen from the service value and the applicable 60%–70% payout percentage, then divided between Lead and Helpers according to the booking split.
The workflow records On the way, arrival/service status, Start job and completion. Live operational information is used to coordinate the job without exposing unnecessary private location information.
After completion, the Customer has a 48-hour service-quality protection window. The affected booking payout remains on hold during that period. If no financially relevant case is open after eligibility, base earnings become available for standard payout or eligible Instant Payout.
Complaints, refunds, reverse transfers, payout offsets, cancellation events and no-show penalties are designed to be tied to the booking and recorded rather than handled as untracked off-platform adjustments.
