GoMopzi cleaning in Orlando: pricing, safety and customer protection

Understand how GoMopzi calculates a property-specific cleaning quote, what a Mopper must satisfy before receiving work, what each cleaning tier includes, and what to do if a service, billing, safety or property-damage issue occurs.

How GoMopzi pricing works

The server calculates the service quote from the property type, verified billable square footage, billable bedrooms and bathrooms, and the selected Standard, Deep or Heavy-Duty cleaning tier. Property verification can affect the billable measurements used by the quote.

Before payment, the booking review shows the service value, customer platform fee, sales tax and customer total. The final total is recalculated by the server when the reservation is created. GoMopzi does not advertise a universal hourly rate or a fixed starting price because the quote is property-specific.

Deep and Heavy-Duty tasks included in those tiers are priced as part of the tier rather than selected as legacy add-ons. Required Helper capacity, when applicable under the active tier/crew rules, is handled by the same server-side pricing pipeline rather than by an arbitrary manual charge.

Who is eligible to come to your home?

GoMopzi calls cleaning professionals Moppers. Before receiving new work, a Mopper must have an approved account, verified identity, verified background-check status, enabled payouts and no active work restriction. Current Mopper platform terms are also required before an eligible Mopper can accept work.

These controls are enforced by the job-eligibility workflow. They reduce the chance that an unapproved or restricted account can receive or accept a cleaning job. They are eligibility controls, not a promise that no service issue can ever occur.

Customer protection and post-service support

Cleaning-quality or service-execution concerns should be opened within 48 hours after the booking is marked completed. When a financially relevant complaint is open, the affected booking can remain on hold while the case is reviewed.

Incorrect or duplicate charges, safety concerns, property damage and applicable legal rights can follow separate review paths and deadlines. Report those issues through GoMopzi support as soon as possible and preserve relevant photos, messages, receipts or other evidence. Support actions are designed to remain tied to the affected booking.

GoMopzi does not describe property damage as an automatic insurance payout or automatic reimbursement. A reported case is reviewed under the applicable platform rules and facts of that booking.

What does Standard Cleaning include?

Standard is maintenance cleaning. It excludes inside-refrigerator and inside-oven cleaning, interior windows and substantial buildup.

  • Dusting reachable surfaces and furniture; vacuuming carpets and rugs; vacuuming or mopping hard floors.
  • Kitchen counters, sink, backsplash, stovetop surface and appliance exteriors.
  • Bathroom toilet, sink, mirrors, shower or tub surfaces and fixtures.
  • Light spot-cleaning on cabinet fronts and high-touch surfaces; normal household trash and basic straightening.

Standard vs. Deep vs. Heavy-Duty cleaning

Deep includes Standard tasks plus more detailed reachable baseboards, doors, trim, high-touch areas and kitchen/bathroom buildup work. Inside-refrigerator cleaning is included. Inside-oven cleaning and interior windows are not included in Deep.

Heavy-Duty includes Deep tasks, more intensive work on substantial non-hazardous grime, inside-oven cleaning and interior windows. Choose the level that matches the actual condition of the home.

Looking for a maid service or house cleaners near you?

GoMopzi connects customers with eligible cleaning professionals called Moppers. It is a marketplace for defined residential cleaning services, not a promise of unrestricted household assistance. Check your service address in the booking flow: Orlando or Greater Orlando location alone does not guarantee active coverage.

Can I book same-day or one-time cleaning?

You can request an individual cleaning with ASAP or scheduled timing when available. Same-day fulfillment depends on active coverage, the selected window, property details and available Moppers. An ASAP request is not a guaranteed arrival time.

Can I request apartment cleaning or prepare for a move?

Eligible apartments, condos and townhomes can use the residential booking flow. Provide the unit and access information accurately. For move preparation, compare the actual tasks with the chosen tier; do not assume a separate move-out package, removal service or deposit-return guarantee.

What is outside the cleaning scope?

GoMopzi does not include hazardous-material cleanup or restoration in these residential tiers. Mold remediation, biohazards, construction cleanup, carpet extraction, pressure washing and hoarding cleanouts are not Heavy-Duty cleaning services. Moving heavy furniture and inaccessible or high-risk areas are outside the normal scope.

Who brings cleaning supplies?

Moppers are required to bring the tools, products and consumables specified by the equipment checklist for the selected cleaning tier. Share relevant access information when preparing the booking.

Who operates GoMopzi?

GOMOPZI LLC operates the platform for Orlando and Greater Orlando. The official corporate contact is contact@gomopzi.com and the official Instagram profile is @gomopzi. Booking-specific support remains available through the Customer account and Support Center.

Frequently asked questions

How is a GoMopzi cleaning price calculated?

The server calculates the quote from property type, verified billable square footage, billable bedrooms and bathrooms, and the selected Standard, Deep or Heavy-Duty tier. The customer sees service value, platform fee, tax and total before payment.

Does GoMopzi advertise a universal hourly rate or fixed starting price?

No. The booking flow produces a property-specific quote because the service value depends on the billable property details and selected cleaning tier.

How do I know a Mopper is eligible to receive jobs?

GoMopzi job eligibility requires approved status, verified identity, verified background check, enabled payouts and no active work restriction. Current Mopper platform terms must also be accepted before work can be accepted.

What should I do if the cleaning quality is not acceptable?

Open a cleaning-quality or service-execution concern within 48 hours after the booking is marked completed so the affected booking can enter the GoMopzi review process.

What if something is damaged during service?

Report property damage through GoMopzi support as soon as possible and preserve relevant evidence. Property-damage cases follow their own review path and are not described as an automatic insurance payout or automatic reimbursement.

What if I have a safety concern or billing problem?

Report safety concerns, incorrect charges or duplicate charges through GoMopzi support promptly. Those categories can follow review rules and deadlines separate from the normal 48-hour cleaning-quality window.
